This is a traffic signal cantilever based on the types found in New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, and other states. It starts out at 18ft high, but can be raised to 22ft. The base is bolted to the concrete faundation and anchored to the ground with actual bolts for added realism. Comes in Silver, Green, Black and Yellow.
