The Pioneer III truck is a bogie used on various railcars including, but not limited to:
The Pioneer Railcar (variants of which include SEPTA Silverliners and Jersey Arrows
Metro-North Metropolitan (M) Series EMU's (M1 only)
And vrious Amtrak rolling stock, including the Amfleet cars.

The attachment point must be 0.775 meters below the undercarriage.
The mesh is 1.55 meters tall.
