Rhos Colliery 7 plank wagon

A standard 7 plank wagon built in the early 1900s for the South Wales area. Poly count is 2318/1876/1214 (three LOD levels). A certain amount of customisation takes place when the vehicle is placed, for example there is a 10% chance of brake gear on both sides, a 30% chance of round bottomed axleboxes. Working ACS couplers. Many thanks to Chris (nawlins) for updating the config file to allow the wagon to work in TRS2012.
