Hacker is a villain in the series, whose deep voice is done by Christopher Lloyd. In almost every episode he is trying to conquer Cyberspace, but is thwarted each time by the Cybersquad. He resembles Elvis Presley, but is green-faced, no hair (he wears a black wig) and has a pointy chin of which he is vain. He also wears a bicolored cape. He always prefers to be called
