086955 Diorama 2211 Port Loleta & Deepwater PS

This layout is for TRS22.1 with permission of philskene ..
It has the new TRS19 track, all 3D PBR textures, TurfFX grasses and SpeedTrees.

Loleta Port is a Model Trainz layout, based on the 43 Track Plans from the Experts, plan number 3, the Loleta and Mad River Railroad.
The layout is on two levels :
- the lower level has a fishing port and fish processing plant, a wharf area with an oil terminal, a grain terminal and an industrial area.
- on the upper level is a fiddle / staging yard and a long linear industrial and factory spur.

Deepwater is a Model Trainz layout, based on the Model Railroader 102 Realistic Track Plans, plan number 19, the Deepwater Ry and Navigation Co.
The layout is a medium-sized two-level switching yard serving several factories, manufacturing plants, a steel mill and a wharf area. There is a fiddle / staging yard and a rail ferry that can also serve as a fiddle / staging yard.

All the dependencies needed by the route are either built in or on the Download Station. Use Content Manager to check that all the assets have been captured.

philskene :
The route should appeal to those who like driving diesel and steam locomotives in either Cab or DCC mode, those who enjoy switching operations in a relatively confined but realistically portrayed environment, and those who just like playing with model trains.
Despite the high level of detail, frame rates will be excellent, even on mid range computers.
