Revisions: Readme file included for all of the contributors.
Added new more realistic Left Coach Digital Speedometer2.
Sliding Windows now have the Stereo sounds left & right panning.
repaired the Digital Speedometer readouts, patched texture flickering issues, repaired interior sounds, created left, and right stereo sliding window sounds, aligned Speedometer needles, Speedometers are now more accurate, corrected the Cabin Control errors due to the Trainz Log file errors regarding the Cabin Control Notch Height issues, updated night lighting, and set up Interior for night lighting.
