Four times a week, powerful BNSF diesel locomotives pulling mechanical reefers loaded with fruit, vegetables and wine from the central valleys of California and the vineyards in Washington state arrive in Declaration yard. Here reefers low on petrol will be refueled, a few cars will be removed from the train and taken to the frozen food plant where the goods will be unloaded and delivered by truck to surrounding businesses. The incoming locomotives will be replaced with equally powerful Union Pacific diesels and the express train will head out on its way to complete a five day cross country trip to a distribution center on the East coast. Your job will be to operate the switch engine assigned to remove the necessary reefers and deliver them to the local distribution plant. You will recieve oral orders from the foreman so you will need sound.
