Blue Water Line 2008
The Blue Water Line is a fictional midwestern railroad with a city at each end, a busy switching yard with surrounding industries and several small towns with accompanying industries. This is a drastically altered version of the original BWL from Dec. 2005. Feel free to make any alterations you wish.
