AH texture stream whitewater smudge

Whitewater texture for placing in stream water. Place slightly above ground surface, ideally on its own layer due to large hit-box. It creates a static white milky effect. Unfortunately, the effect's visibility depends on the camera orientation. Sharing here in case it's useful.
