VR Straight Track Spacer template
This object is a 'surveyor only' Trackside object, to be used to assist with spacing of VR tracks on straight tracks. This spacing is the /minimum/ permitted by the VR in the 1919 Way and Works regulations, and is set to 6ft5in between the running edges of the rails (approximately 3.55m between centers). The VR could have wider track spacings, such as in yards. A separate template is available for yards, giving 8ft5in between the rails (4.16m between centers).
