The DeLorean Motor Company DMC-12 is the first, and only, model car produced by the DeLorean Motor Company, founded in 1975. The DMC-12 is the only model of car produced by the DeLorean Motor Company, produced between 1981 and 1982. Approximately 9000 DMC-12's were made, with approximately 6,500 still in existance.
