Amtrak Budd Amfleet 1 Coach 60 Seater, used on long distance trains before the arrival of amfleet 2 coaches, but were also used alongside them, in phase 3 they look almost completely identical to their 84 seat counterparts, with only the numbers being different. These cars were completely replaced and refurbished by the advent of the Phase IVb paint scheme.
