Automatic Running Number Library - can manage an unlimited number of vehicle assets, each with\ntheir own unlimited number of datasets (number-ranges). Works in all modules, any time, anywhere and is also\nactive and functional for compatible vehicles/trains created from scripts or portals. \n\nUpdated 07-11-2018 with optimisations to resolve timeout errors in TANE and later.
