CSX Plate Girder

This flatcar is used to hold the 90 plate girder, needs to have 2 non-loaded flat cars on each end.

This is a remake of Auran's PRR FM Flatcar (kuid:-1:100017). It has new textures and additional load attachment points. This is also an update on my kuid2:124017:5001:3 -- it now uses ElDavo's NumberIt Library and should work without errors in TRS2006.
