E4 BR LBSCR

The E4 class was built by RJ Billinton expressly for passenger work.It was virtually the same as the earlier E3 class which become so successful when put to passenger duties rather than its intended goods duties,the main difference was the E4 had larger driver wheels and a higher pitched pressure boiler.MY special thanks to Paul Hobbs for his kind permission in allowing me to use one of his scripts.This loco is TRS 2004 and 2006 compatible.
