GWR BG coal wagon - reskin2

A reskin of John Whelan's 1840 GWR BG coal wagon. It has working Eldavo's Couplestar couplers and Chameleon is used to allow 15 different wagon numbers to be selected in surveyor.
Lod 560 / 560 / 560 / shadow 72 polys. Many thanks to John Whelan for permission to reskin his excellent creation.
