DB 628.2 Ep. IV

Ab 1987 beschaffte die Deutsche Bundesbahn 150 zweiteilige Regionaltriebwagen der Baureihe 628.2 und leitete damit die laengst ueberfaellige Modernisierung im laendlichen Raum ein. Seit den ersten Prototypen waren bereits 13 Jahre vergangen! Spaeter wurden weitere 300 Garnituren der verbesserten Baureihe 628.4 beschafft. Das Modell zeigt einen 628.2 im Lieferzustand (spaete Epoche IV). Eine Garnitur besteht immer aus einem Motorwagen 628.2 und einem antriebslosen Steuerwagen 928.2. Bis zu drei Garnituren koennen gekuppelt werden.
