Rail to Barge Coal Transfer Facility

This is a functioning industry-enabled facility for transferring coal from trains to river barges with coal stackers for use as intermediate storage. The coal storage piles are animated so that they grow and shrink in size as deliver and remove coal.

The industry supports moving loading/unloading. I set the maximum allowed speed for the loading/unloading somewhat high (~ 11 mph) so that you don't need to be extremely precise with your speed, but for more realistic operation, try to stay around 5 mph while unloading trains. Vulcan's ore barges (kuid2:60238:15041:1) work best with this industry while loading with a speed of 3 to 4 mph.

coal storage capacity = 95,000 tons (= 86,000,000 kg) (= 100,000,000 L)
max loading/unloading speed = 11 mph (= 18 km/h)
