History:
Caboose number 6 was built 1871 by the Virginia & Truckee in thier Virginia City Shops.
Originally numbered #4, it was renumbered to #6 in 1872 when the 4 Kimball cars were received.
By June, 1897, No. 6 was being used as a carpenter sleeper. It recived Tower couplers in 1902, but was scrapped not too long after; around 1905.
