track fill spline, sand, wide, no endcap

Wide fill spline made of sand, but with no endcap so as to better align with bridge abutments.
For use under parallel tracks spaced approximately 13 feet apart.
This can also be used as a road if no track is used.

A little more desaturated than the dirt version to better match some of the sand ground textures out there.
Revision 1: added seasonal support.
