36 inch narrow gauge track with gray dirt ballast and milled ties.
35lb rails, no tie plates.
Based on Nevada County Narrow Gauge track - 8in x 6 foot ties on 22in centers.
Measurements by Russ Simpson, published in the Nov-Dec 1989 Narrow Gauge and Short Line Gazette.
