This is one of a set of 5 MeC Flatcars that are outfitted to be part of a Work Train, for laying and/or repairing track.
They can be used with the 'Bucyrus Erie 250t Crane' (kuid 60238:15028) and appropriate engines to build a proper Work Train.
The kuids for the Five cars are; 128675:10500 thru 128675:10504.
