SetDCCThrottle
A driver command to increase/decrease DCC-script controlled throttle level between -1 and 1. This command can only be used prior to one of the DCC-throttle-controlled driving commands, TCdrive, TCDriveViaTrackmark, TCDriveViaTrigger, TCDrivePastJunction, and TCouple. Note that the negative throttle values drive the train in the opposite direction. You may use ResetTrainDirection and/or SwitchDCCGear command(s) to ensure the correct moving direction of the train prior to using this command.
NOTE: This command is identical to SetDCCThrottle command used in TRS2004
