WaitForMessageAndClear

Wait for a specified message to be posted by another driver and delete the message from timetable as soon as it is received. If the message is already posted, the driver immediately deletes the message and continues with the next command.

NOTE: Same as 'WaitForMessageAndClear' command in TRS2004; kuid table cleaned up to remove TRS2004 dependancy; keywords added
