SetDCCThrottle
A driver command to increase/decrease DCC-script controlled throttle level between -1 and 1. This command can only be used prior to one of the DCC-driving commands (DCCdrive, DCCDriveToTrackmark, DCCDriveViaTrackmark, DCC_Couple) provided with this package. The negative throttle values drives the train in the opposite direction.
