SAM Track CONCRETE transition

This is a trackside object for making an illusion of a smooth transition when connectiong 2 of my tracks - 'SAM Track CONCRETE old' and 'SAM Track CONCRETE new'. Simply lay it down on the connection between tracks and move it to the desired position.
