Ex DPR Observation Dome Car This is the end car for the Commuter Train It's only open to passengers holding a pass that alows them entrey into this car wich is for long trips ( dragon City To Eathen City ) The car is open at the rear for passengers enjoymet. The car is setted for 46 passengers. This car was taken over by DCI ( Dragon Coastal International )wich has taken over all DPR passengers servers
