YARN Intersection L2 -4Si +2Sh-2Sh v2

This is a reskin of Madiline Usher's intersection. Thi version does not have any stop stripes on the through street.

This is an intersection of the following roads:
- through-road = two-lane, no sidewalk, shoulder
- cross-road = two-lane, no sidewalk, no shoulder

It includes several optional elements that can be changed using the 'Edit Properties' tool from Surveyor's 'Objects' tab:
- stop sign [adds 132 polygons]
- 4-way stop signs [adds 376 polygons]
- traffic lights [adds 1360 polygons]
- street lights [adds 440 polygons]
