Detroit & Mackinac 0-6-0 Switcher 174

This is an update to my original Detroit & Mackinac 0-6-0 Switcher. I have fixed many problems and bugs in the loco, so it should run fine now if you were having problems. I have also changed the hornsound and enginesound, along with the enginespec. As before, this is a reskin from Bill Klene's NYC 0-6-0 Switcher. This version will obsolete the original. Thanks to Jim Weaver (Jfweaver) for helping me fix this locomotive.
