NJT Newark, NJ - BETA

I'm making a replica of a section of NJ Transit from Cranford to Hoboken and from Hoboken to Elizabeth. Unfortunately, I'm stuck in the Newark area because I can't get the A.I. trains to go to and from Newark without any problems. I'm having trouble getting the Interlocking Towers to properly control the trains in this area. What I'm hoping is someone will download this route, figure out what I'm doing wrong, correct the problem and email me at Amtrakfan482467@gmail.com. If I succeed and can finish this route, all who helped me will get partial credit for its completion.
