Winter in Deutschland is a fictive german style route. The single track branch line connects in Kühl station to a double track main line. The rural branch line leads along numerous little villages until reaching the terminal little station Kaltenberg. There are some passing sidigns and industry tracks along the route. The map captures well a typical winter time / xmass time atmosphere, accentuated by many lovely details. The route doesn't represent any concrete era, only the used rolling stock determines the time, you are driving in. The route has not overhead wires, so electric locos would be the wrong traction.
