Australian National F3A

This locomotive does not represent a prototype but is made out to be Australian for the beginner and budget locomotive market. Its mechanism is much sought after by kit bashers and scratch builders as well.

This engine is an American F3A having recieved a paint scheme very simmilar to it's cousin, the GM class; which are still powering their way across Australia to this day. This is my first photo-skin effort and it is far from perfect however does look quite spiffy.

The photos were sourced from my Powerline locomotive, which I bought as part of a beginners set.

This loco is not DCC equipped but is DCC compatible. :-P
