Message Console Rule (fixed)
Message Console rule originally written by Steven Forget and modified by trev999 to work with saved games.
Position of the display panel can be edited in surveyor.
To display messages, send a Broadcast Router message with major of 'MCAddMessage'. Message minor to contain the message text.
