A Multi-function command to interface with Shedmaster rule.

Receives trackmark name and wagon name and number from Shedmaster via a session variable.
Performs the following functions:
Drives to a trackmark as specified by Shedmaster(SM)
Couples to the vehicle found at the SM specified trackmark
Decouples SM specified wagons from consist.
Sets path to SM specified trackmark
Autodrives to SM specified trackmark
Decouples at SM specified trackmark
Decouples locomotive (and tender if present)
Clears reserved wagons and space on siding
Registers SM specified trackmark for use by other commands
Waits 1 second (accessed by clicking on separator bar)
Sets SM diagnostic message level

Session variable format:
SR<train-name>,<siding 'From' name>/<# cars to collect>/<first car name>/<siding 'To' name>/<consist length>/Shedmaster ID
