This command provides a means of communication between train drivers and Shedmaster.

The Driver Communication Msg menu has some preset messages useful in communicating with Shedmaster. The rest of the messages are for changing the numbers suffixed to messages.
These messages are broadcast to the various instances of Shedmaster and need to have unique suffixed numbers.
