EMM Model Railway Barebones Room #4 TANE SP3

A model railway club room in an ex-industrial unit.
Built with 4 baseboards in an L shape with many route building possibilities. The layout is so big that I have made access points for virtual club members to get under the table for wiring etc. There is a section with a large sweeping curve for your own mini-horseshoe curve section and a 4-board long straight section. All assets are on the DLS.
All room fittings are locked in their own layer to avoid accidental deletion whilst working on your route.
Digholes are locked in their own layer and set to hidden.
