arn NZ bird Falcon call
The sound of New Zealand's only endemic falcon. It is found in deep heavy bush and in the high country. Nests in grassy slopes or humus, under a rock or rock ledge and among epiphytic plants on tree branches. An agressive bird when defending it's territory. When flying, it catches other birds for eating. It can often be seen perched on a fence post.
