PKP SP45-160 301Db MD.Torun

SP45 160 diesel locomotive, a part of the tragic head-on night crash with ST44-607. The situation that took place on the 19th of August 1980 on Torun - Kutno line at the speed of around 90kmh. Remembered as the largest accident in the history of the polish state railways it took 67 dead and at least 60 heavily injured. The locomotive was too demolished to get back to normal duty and was scrapped.
