PKP WLABwxz G67 St.Krakow

WARS bought 40 new sleepers of Goerlitz 67 type built by VEB Waggonbau Gorlitz in 1967. At that time they were the most modern coaches in PKP fleet. Still however they lacked the ability of bogey change so they could not operate on 1524mm track like their younger sisters of Goerlitz 75 type. Many small details differ the G67 from G75 sleepers. All coaches of this type were taken out of service in the late 1980s and early 1990s, few survived as special purpose cars.
