PKP Pm3-2

Pm3-2 express passenger locomotive owned by Polish State Railways PKP, former DRB 03.1002 engine, one of 10 former German DRB 03.10 class streamlined locomotives taken over by Polish State Railways PKP after 1945. A total of 60 engines of 03.10 class were manufactured between 1939 and 1940 for German Railways DRB by Borsig, Krupp and Krauss-Maffei factories, originally fitted with a streamlined shroud. Pm3 class engines remained in service under PKP flag until late 1960s when all were gradually retired, with Pm3-5 (former DRB 03.1015) as the sole surviving engine, preserved in Warsaw Railway Museum in non-operational state.
