G_Class_Freight_Australia

This version of the G Class is very detailed, hence it has 4 Levels of Detail (LODs) for easier operation on lesser specced PCs. This is a TS12 specific ONLY version. The FA G Class units were numbered in the FA green/yellow colours as G519, G520, G523, G524, G526, G528, G529, G537, G538, G540 to G543 before they were much later aquired, repainted in the PN yellow and blue colours or sold by PN.

There are several different VinnyBarb's AN Class engine specs on the DLS which are working with the G Class to try to suit your special needs. Just exchange and modify the Kuid number above.

One of the most modern units build at the time, the G Class, these locomotives are still used primarily on commodies and freight services by Pacific National.

Length of 20.8m, mass of 127 tons, the G Class was at the time one of the most modern up to date of the then current Australian Diesel Electric locomotives (1980s).

There are up to 32 throttle-notches specified in the various AN engine specs included here, feel free to change that in it to 16 if you so desire (used only for cab use). I personally like the 32 notches. Also, read the enclosed. 'ReadMe' text for more workings of this Class.
