An early Australian Outback Pub with outbuildings. The One Tree Hotel at One Tree Plains, near Hay NSW in Australia as it would have been in the early 1900s. It is closed down for some years now but it is getting restored at present. It has Nightmode and Smoke. Will load into TRS 2006 after committing.
