PRR Type 4-4-2 E Class Road Numbers

This is a texture library, used by 'PRR Type 4-4-2 E Class' to display random running numbers. This is done with a script and special matching entries in the config.txt of the locomotive. The script does nothing else and is commented, so you can pick it apart and see how it was done.
