Gas lantern, type BAMAG U7 'Aufsatzleuchte'. Used from the early twentys on, in great numbers installed from 1950 on, in may cases as a replacement for the old 'Modellleuchten', in Berlin and with today approximately 30.000 specimens it is THE standard gas lantern still.
