Mill_Creek_Coal

This is a small industry-interactive coaling facility with animated chutes. It
gets coal from a mine on 24 in ga track and loads it into standard gauge hoppers on 2 tracks. The
letterings text, color, and size can be changed by manipulating the values in the effects section
of the config files mesh table. Many thanks to Dale Pattee of bs&t engineering for the script to
make it work.
