Tower_Mine_2

This is a small interactive coaling facility that takes coal in on a 24 in gauge track (moving unload) and
loads std gauge hoppers on 2 tracks (stopped load) with animated chutes, smoke, and sound. The letterings text, color, and
size can be changed by manipulating the values in the effects section of the config files mech table. Many thanks to Dale
