Tower_Mine_8

This is a small interactive coaling facility that takes coal in on a 24 in gauge track (moving unload)
and loads std gauge hoppers from two chutes per track on four tracks (stopped load) with animated, smoke, and sound. The
letterings text, color, and size can be changed by manipulating the values in the effects section of the config files
mesh table. Many thanks to Dale Pattee of bsnteng inc. for the script file to make it all work
