RGS Coal Chute

Revised to industry interactive with sound and smoke effects.
NOTE! The structure is only interactive on top of the bin to empty a hopper car and at the chute with the built in track to fill a locomotive tender.
The 5 other down chutes can be made interactive to fill a locomotive tender by carefully placing a Coal Loading Dummy (kuid2:210518:1142:1)
underneath and connecting with track. The built in track and the track on the dummies will change to whatever is attached to it. The rail only
track on the ramp will not. Zoom in for accurate track connection (its a tight fit but it can be done).
