Bridge_Bin_Mine

This is an unusual coal mine where the mine is on one side of the river but the tracks are on
the other side with coal being delivered to hoppers by an bin crossing the river suspended from a bridge. The
bin is animated with smoke and sound. The mine is at a higher elevation which it was difficult to get rils to it.
Since it produces very low sulfer (or anthrasite) coal it was worth the expense of reaching it in this way.
