STD GA Roundhouse 3

This is a 5 stall standard gauge roundhouse with a 82 ft turntable. The dirt surrounding
the turntable pit is MAN6_dirt_2 (kuid:63290:21111). There are 2 invisible tracks (track-3 and track-9)
outside the roundhouse walls which can be ignored if not wanted or utilized by changing the kuid in the
sections of the attached-track list to either rail-only track or the track of your choice. If not wanted,
the turntable can be prevented from stopping at the invisible tracks by deleting the values for them in the
angle entry in the config file. They can be put back if you change your mind since the attachment points
will still be there.
